It's really effective. My tips would be make sure you are properly hydrated so your body is working well, stick with it, take measurements of different parts of your body before you begin and don't use your sons Disney Cars mat with a blanket on as an exercise mat. :oD I love that I can be done in 20 minutes a day and feel so much benefit from it.
good job...sorry I haven't been by. My computer went kaput and I have to scrap with my kids for time on the family computer. Thanks for the comments on my blog posts. I used to have excuses as well. We all did. Now we have droped them...
